The trek takes you along the Singalila and Tonglu ridges in the Indian Himalayas with spectacular views of some of the worlds highest peaks, towering at more than 8000 metres are the mighty Kanchenjunga and Makalu! You'll trek through the beautiful Singalila National Park with cascading waterfalls and alive with colourful wild flowers. One of the remotest parts of India you're unlikely to meet other tourists. The trek finshes in Darjeeling famous for its tea plantations and once a popular hill retreat for the British Raj where you'll have a chance to explore before flying back to Delhi for another highlight - a trip to Agra to visit one of the wonders of the modern world, The Taj Mahal built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his favourite wife.
