Famous stage actor Simon Russell Beale recently recorded an appeal on behalf of Sense International at BBC Broadcasting House.
Simon, who has been described by The Independent as the "greatest stage actor of his generation," has been regular at the National Theatre for almost two decades and is currently starring in Harold Pinter's play The Hothouse at the Trafalgar Studios in London.
The appeal, which highlights the work of Sense International across seven different countries, will be broadcast on BBC Radio 4 on Sunday 27 October at 7.55am and 9.26pm, with a repeat broadcast on Thursday 31 October at 3.27pm.
The appeal aims to raise awareness and funds for Sense International for their work with deafblind people around the world.
Sense International is extremely grateful to Simon for supporting our work in this way. Please visit the website or watch out on Facebook nearer the time for more details about the broadcast.
