Resources for journalists

The Sense International media team is able to provide a range of material for journalists interested in issues around deafblindness in the countries where we work.

This includes background information, images, videos, comment pieces, interviews with spokespeople, people with deafblindness and press releases.

Journalists can also read our latest news and views here or follow us on our Facebook page, which is updated regularly.

Our campaigns section is continually updated as it highlights our effective action in lobbying decision makers both in the UK and overseas on key issues for deafblind adults, children, and services.

Our pages on causes around deafblindness and communicating with people with deafblindness also have a wealth of information, while there is a range of people's stories from across the eight countries where Sense International works.

"Sense International brings hope and humanity to some of the world's poorest and most overlooked people. It is quite simply the best kind of charity: focused on making a real difference and making every penny count towards improving lives. I can't think of a better cause."
Justin Webb, Radio 4 Today presenter, Ambassador for Sense International
