The UK government's Department for International Development (DFID) is working on a framework to ensure that disabled people are included in all the work it does and funds around the world.

Senior Programme Manager Bethan Williams spent a week visiting our partner organisation in Bangladesh and met and for the this week have been lucky enough to spend the week visiting our partner, CDD in Bangladesh alongside a colleague from Sense India.

From next week, the Committee will start to hear evidence from a variety of people and organisations working in this area, including Sense International and the Bond Disability and Development Group.
