Consultancy – end of project evaluation and learning document

We are looking for a consultant to complete an end-of-project evaluation and produce a learning document, providing a credible assessment of key learnings and recommendations centred around the key themes.
The evaluation will focus on the ‘All together in education: breaking barriers for children with deafblindness (phase II)’ project, which centres on understanding and addressing the diverse challenges that children and young people with deafblindness face, as well of the potential of technology in building solutions.
The evaluation will assess the extent to which the project outcomes and milestone targets have been met by the end of the project period, develop and assess key learning questions related to specific elements of this programme, and provide recommendations to inform new project design
