A beautiful old stone bridge over the Thames

Thames Footpath Challenge

Experience the best of London’s scenery on foot with the Thames Footpath Challenge — a 42 km trek along one of Britain’s most famous river paths.

Starting at Hampton Court and finishing at the Millennium Bridge, you’ll walk alongside the River Thames through historic parks, charming riverside towns and past world-famous landmarks like the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye. This challenge blends natural beauty and city highlights, all while you clock up marathon distance and fundraise for a powerful cause.

Taking on the Thames Footpath is a great way to test your fitness, share an incredible experience with fellow supporters, and raise vital funds to help disabled people live life to the full. And, as always, Sense International will be right there to back you — with support, training plans, and a community cheering you on
